SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At Casa Caracol Store we offer you the best shipping options at the lowest cost.
For your reference the delivery time depends on 2 processes:
Processing time: When you make a purchase, the order is verified, the product is prepared, checked for quality and packed. All orders are shipped for dispatch within 24-48 hours of placing the order. The order is processed and made available to the parcel companies in approximately 2-4 more days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for the items to be shipped to the final destination. This takes 5-15 business days in Europe and 10-20 business days to non-European regions.
WHERE WE SHIP TO
The garments and items from the Casa Caracol Fans collection are shipped worldwide except to the United Kingdom, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria and North Korea.
Additionally, due to COVID-19 we are not shipping to Angola, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Liberia, Martinique, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Republic of the Congo, Reunion Island, Samoa, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.
All other products are shipped to:
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
If you require delivery to another country please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to calculate the shipping cost and we will confirm if it is possible or not.
For orders shipped from our Europe location to a European destination, shipping can take between 5-15 business days after fulfillment. For orders shipped from our Europe location to non-EU regions, it can be between 10-20 business days.
For Face Masks, the delivery time in Europe is:
1-5 Mask 5-8 business days.
6-20 Masks 5-15 business days
21-30 Masks 15-30 business days.

The cost of your shipment is detailed in your shopping cart after entering your address. It will depend on the weight and dimensions of the products you have ordered.
You will receive a Tracking Number by e-mail when your order is shipped and you will be able to track its location. You must enter the tracking number of the package in the "Track your Order" tab on our website.
If you have exceeded the delivery time and have not received your package, please contact the delivery company or track your order in the "Track Your Order" section.

IMPORT TAXES (where applicable)
If the product you have purchased is subject to import duties and/or taxes at the local customs office of destination, you will be required to pay these taxes at the time of delivery to the address you have indicated.
