What forms of payment do you offer?

We accept payments with VISA, Master Card, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, GPay, Pay Pal, Shop Pay, Sofort Uberweisung and Klarna cards.

Additionally, we accept payments through Boleta Oxxo (Mexico) and bank transfer SPEI via EBANX, our payment processor in Latin America. As well as payments with Mexican credit and debit cards. 

 

What security and encryption system for payments do you use, is it safe to pay online at Casa Caracol Store?

Casa Caracol Store's payment platform is Shopify Secure payments, whose processing servers comply with the rules of the Security Standard PCI DSS level 1 for credit and debit card processing. This standard was created to increase controls over payment details to reduce fraud.

Which means that our store meets the highest standards of server compliance and has the highest standards in the world in processing payments.

Our PCI DSS system covers six categories: maintaining a secure network, protecting cardholder data, maintaining a vulnerability management program, implementing strong access control measures, regularly testing and monitoring networks, and maintaining a security policy of information.

I want to place an order from a country that you do not supply, can you send it to me?

We are slowly expanding the markets we ship to. Our goal is to reach the whole world in the future, if you want to receive a specific product in a country that is not contemplated for deliveries, contact us to analyze the specific case and tell you if it is possible or not.

Can I make a Return and / or request a Refund?
